Message us on WhatsApp or call. Tell us what needs cleaning and when you would like it collected. It takes about a minute and you do not need to sort anything in advance.
We collect
Someone comes to your door and counts the bag with you.
A pickup partner arrives in your chosen slot with a laundry bag, counts your items with you and tags them to your order before leaving.
We clean
Sorted by fabric, then washed, dried, pressed or dry cleaned.
At our facility everything is sorted by fabric and colour, treated for stains where needed, cleaned using the right process for each item, then finished and inspected.
We deliver
It comes back folded or pressed, on the day we agreed.
Your order is packed, checked against the original item count and returned to your address in the delivery slot you picked.
Before we arrive
Four things worth doing first.
None of them take a minute, and all four prevent the problems that make laundry go wrong.
- Empty every pocket
- Coins, cards, earphones, receipts. We set aside whatever we find, but pockets remain yours.
- Flag anything delicate
- Tell us about a garment that needs care and it is routed to the right process rather than a standard load.
- Point out stains
- Say what caused it if you know. Pre-treatment depends on the cause as much as on the fabric.
- Separate the services
- Keep dry cleaning and press-only items in a different bag so they are counted and billed correctly.

What happens after you close the door
No black box. This is the path your clothes take, in order, from your doorstep and back to it.

Nothing leaves your hands except the bag. Someone comes to your address in the window you picked.

Counted and tagged
Your items are counted with you at handover and individually tagged to your order before they leave.

Cleaned by fabric
Clothes are sorted and cleaned according to fabric type, colour and the instructions on the care label.

Quality check
Every order is inspected before packing — finish, count and condition are all verified.

Returned to the same door
Your clean laundry is packed, protected and returned to you in the delivery slot you selected.
Items are counted with you at pickup and counted again before delivery. Anything we cannot clean safely comes back uncharged, with an explanation of why.
