Sorted before anything is switched on

One wash cycle is how good clothes get ruined

Everything is separated by fabric, by colour, and by what the care label actually says. Silk never sees a machine meant for cotton, and anything likely to bleed is tested before it goes anywhere near the rest of your order.

Cotton
Washed at a temperature suited to the colour, then pressed while still holding a little moisture.
Silk
Dry cleaned rather than washed, spot treated by hand and finished at low heat.
Wool
Dry cleaned or gently processed and dried flat so the garment keeps its shape.
Linen
Washed gently to limit shrinkage and pressed damp to settle the natural creasing.
Denim
Washed inside out on a colour-safe cycle to slow fading at the seams and hem.
Synthetics & activewear
Washed cool without softener so the fabric keeps its stretch and performance finish.

What we take, and what we do not

How long does laundry take?
Standard turnaround is 24 to 48 hours for everyday laundry and 48–72 hours for dry cleaning. Anything heavier takes longer because it has to dry fully, and we confirm the delivery day with you at collection.
Do you dry clean delicate clothes?
Yes. Silk, wool, chiffon, georgette and similar fabrics are dry cleaned rather than washed, with spot treatment and hand finishing.
Do you clean sarees?
Yes. Plain and heavy work sarees are both handled, priced separately because zari and embellished sarees need more careful handling.
Do you clean blankets, quilts and curtains?
Send us a photo on WhatsApp and we will tell you. Household fabrics are handled case by case rather than at a published rate, so we would rather look at the item than quote blind.
Is there anything you will not clean?
We do not take fur, exotic leathers, electric blankets, mattress cores, or garments too fragile to survive cleaning. If we cannot clean something safely we return it uncharged and explain why.
