Costs and payment

What things cost, what is included, and how you pay.

How much does laundry cost?
Everyday laundry is charged by weight — Wash & Fold ₹79/kg, Wash & Iron ₹110/kg and Premium Laundry ₹189/kg. Garments such as sarees, suits and winter wear, and household items like quilts and curtains, are priced by the piece. Every rate is published on the Pricing page, GST included — nothing is quoted only on a phone call.
Is pickup and delivery free?
Yes, on any order of ₹300 or more — both ways, with no doorstep fee and no fuel surcharge. A regular week's laundry clears that comfortably: 4 kg of Wash & Fold comes to ₹316.
Are there any hidden charges?
No. What you see on the rate card is what appears on your invoice. GST is already included in every rate, collection and delivery are free, and nothing is added at the door.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking, and cash on delivery. Payment is collected on delivery unless you have arranged otherwise.
Do you provide invoices?
Yes. An itemised invoice listing every garment and charge is shared with every order.
