About Premium Laundry
Premium Laundry exists for the clothes that are technically machine-washable but too valuable to treat like the rest of the pile. Items are processed individually rather than in a combined load, washed on gentler cycles with milder detergent, dried flat or hung where the fabric demands it, and finished by hand.

Not accepted
- Dry clean only garments — use Dry Cleaning
- Leather, suede and fur
- Items with unstable dyes
- Garments with existing damage
Worth knowing before you hand it over
- Each garment is checked against its care label before a cycle is chosen.
- Technical and activewear fabrics are washed without softener so their performance finish is not affected.
- Anything we think would be safer dry cleaned is flagged to you before processing.
