All orders

This policy is in draft. It sets out the terms we intend to operate under, and is being finalised. If anything here affects a decision you are about to make, ask us first and we will confirm it in writing.

1. Information we collect

  • Contact details: your name, phone number and email address.
  • Address details: pickup and delivery address, locality and pincode.
  • Order details: the items you send us, service selected, and any instructions you give.
  • Payment information: the method used and whether payment was received. Card and UPI details are handled by our payment provider and are not stored by us.
  • Communications: messages you send us on WhatsApp, email or by phone.

2. Why we use it

  • To schedule pickups and deliveries and to fulfil your order.
  • To contact you about an order, including delays and issues.
  • To issue invoices and maintain accounting records.
  • To handle complaints, damage claims and support requests.
  • To improve our service and route planning.
  • To send you offers or updates, only where you have agreed to receive them.

3. Who we share it with

  • Pickup and delivery partners, limited to what is needed to complete the collection or delivery.
  • Payment providers, for processing payments.
  • Service providers who help us operate, such as messaging and IT providers.
  • Authorities, where we are legally required to disclose information.
  • We do not sell your personal information.

4. How long we keep it

Order and invoice records are kept for as long as accounting and tax law requires. Contact details are kept while you remain a customer and for a limited period afterwards, and message history is kept for a limited period.

5. Your choices

  • You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • You can ask us to correct information that is wrong.
  • You can ask us to delete information we no longer need to keep.
  • You can opt out of marketing messages at any time without affecting your orders.
  • To make a request, contact us using any of the channels listed on our Contact page.

6. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold. [Describe the actual measures in place — access controls, limited staff access, secure storage. Do not claim a certification the business does not hold.]

7. Cookies and this website

We set no cookies of our own, and this website carries no analytics, advertising or tracking.

The Contact page shows a map of our collection point, embedded from Google Maps. Loading that map means Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies, in the same way it would if you opened Maps directly. It is the only third-party content on the site, and nothing else on any page loads it.

8. Contact

Questions about this policy can be sent using any of the channels listed on our Contact page.
