About Wash & Fold

Wash & Fold is our everyday service and the easiest way to get your weekly laundry off your to-do list. Clothes are sorted by colour and fabric type, washed at the temperature each load needs, dried carefully and folded so they go straight into the wardrobe. Charged by weight, so you always know roughly what an order will cost before you hand it over.

How Wash & Fold runs

Every stage your items pass through, in order.

    Pickup

    We collect your bag from your doorstep at the slot you choose.

  2. 02

    Sorting

    Clothes are separated by colour, fabric and wash temperature.

  3. 03

    Washing

    Each load runs on a cycle suited to the fabrics in it.

  4. 04

    Drying

    Tumble or line dried depending on what the garment needs.

  5. 05

    Folding

    Everything is folded and grouped so it goes straight into the wardrobe.

    Quality check

    Item count and finish are checked against your order.

  7. 07

    Delivery

    Packed and returned to your doorstep on the agreed day.

Being clear about the limits saves a wasted collection and protects garments that need a different process.

Accepted

  • T-shirts, shirts and casual tops
  • Trousers, jeans and shorts
  • Innerwear and socks
  • Nightwear and loungewear
  • Towels and bedsheets
  • Everyday cotton and cotton-blend clothing

Not accepted

  • Silk, wool and other delicate fabrics — use Dry Cleaning
  • Suits, blazers and formal wear — use Dry Cleaning
  • Heavily embellished or sequinned garments
  • Leather, suede and fur items
  • Items with an existing tear or loose seam
  • Anything labelled dry clean only

Worth knowing before you hand it over

  • Please empty all pockets before handover — we are not able to take responsibility for items left inside.
  • Tell us about any stain and what caused it, so it can be pre-treated correctly.
  • Garments that are colour-fast tested separately on first order where we are unsure.
  • Delicate items found in a Wash & Fold bag are set aside and flagged rather than machine washed.

Wash & Fold, specifically

Is there a minimum order for Wash & Fold?
Pickup and delivery are free on orders of ₹300 or more — about 4 kg of Wash & Fold, or a typical week's washing. Beyond that there is no minimum weight; you pay for exactly what you send.
How is the weight calculated?
Clothes are weighed dry at our facility on a calibrated scale, before washing. The weight is shown on your invoice.
Will my clothes be washed with someone else's?
No. Every order is tagged and processed as its own batch, kept separate from other customers throughout.
